These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reimbilly application and related services ("Service") operated by Kontroma Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kontroma.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed by our payment partner; your payment details are not stored on our servers. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Reimbilly does not run a time-limited free trial. The Free plan is free indefinitely and requires no payment method, so you may evaluate the Service for as long as you wish before paying. Upgrading to a paid plan is an explicit action; no account converts to a paid plan automatically.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Kontroma Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kontroma Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
General cap. Subject to the two paragraphs below, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid or owed us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Higher cap for data protection, confidentiality and intellectual property claims. For the following categories, the general cap does not apply. Instead, our total aggregate liability for all such claims is limited to the greater of (i) three times the fees you paid or owed us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) ₹25,00,000 (twenty-five lakh rupees). This higher cap is a single aggregate ceiling covering all of these categories together, and it is inclusive of — not in addition to — the general cap. The categories are:

Nothing in this section limits or reallocates any penalty imposed on either party by a regulator or statutory authority, including penalties under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, which fall on the Data Fiduciary by operation of law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
